SpeakerKey Voice Verifier from ITT

- Description: SpeakerKey provides over-the-phone voice verification. It is configurable for use in a wide range of applications.
SpeakerKey provides a Speaker Verification API (SVAPI).
SpeakerKey uses two technologies: (1) speaker-independent digit recognition
using hidden Markov models, (2) speaker verification using "Nearest Neighbour
Matching with Likelihood Ratio Scoring and cohort speakers."
