The VPC2100 consists of a circuit board, microphone, speaker, software, and documentation. It is

- Votan VSP 1010 speech-processor board:
can service a single voice channel, providing recognition, voice output, and telephone interfacing. Digital signal processing is performed by a TMS320
integrated circuit.
